"Genocide": An Accusation Confronting the Occupation for the First Time in Its History

Amnesty International stated that the occupation has committed genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The organization expressed its hope that the report would serve as a "wake-up call" for the international community to take urgent action.

In a statement published in Arabic on its website, Amnesty International revealed that its research provided "sufficient evidence proving that Israel has committed and continues to commit the crime of genocide against Palestinians in the occupied Gaza Strip."

The human rights organization, in its report titled "You Feel Like You're Not Human: Israel's Genocide Against Palestinians in Gaza," asserted that the evidence it collected clearly demonstrates what it described as Israel unleashing "the gates of hell and destruction" upon Palestinians.
