After a year and a half of searching, the heartbreaking truth has come to light. A decomposed body was found by a local in his farmland in the Al-Baydar area west of Nitsarim, in central Gaza.
It was later identified as that of young Hussam Al-Bardawil, who had been missing for over a year.
His mother recognized him only by the clothes he was last seen wearing when he left home. A deeply painful moment that reflects the ongoing suffering of Palestinian families.
